    No. Our online courses are self-paced, allowing you to study according to your own schedule. You can start, pause, and continue your course at any time within 365 days from the enrollment date.

  • What happens if I fail the final exam?

    No worries. If you do not pass the exam on your first attempt, you can review the course content and retake the exam until you achieve a passing score of 70% or higher.

  • How do I receive my certificate?

    After successfully completing your online course, you will need to provide us with your full name, date of birth, and photograph so we can issue your personalized certificate.

  • How can I preview a sample of the course certificate?
