• Do I have time limit to finish the course?

    No time limit*. These are a self-paced online courses and you can start/pause at your own time schedule and convenience (*within 30 days).

  • What happens if I fail the exam?

    No worries, if you fail the exam you can always repeat content and exam as per individual need until reaching 70% mark or higher grade.

  • To get my certificate what I need to do?

    After completing your online course you will need to provide us with your full name, date of birth and photo in order to issue your personalized certificate.

  • Can I review / see certificate specimen?

    Yes, please contact us by email to send you required course certificate specimen.
