~ Purpose ~

Boat transfers can easily become dangerous operations and even lead to fatality (especially in heavy, windy weathers) and as of that there is a need for safety trainings, as nowadays safety can not be compromised and is of a paramount importance in maritime industry (key to stay safe and sound is training and safety procedures).


~ Objectives ~

Participants will be familiarized with safety procedures and gain better perception / view on possible hazards which may occur during personnel boat transfer operation (crew / passengers embarking & disembarking), how to act in various contingency situations, man overboard and what to do for improved sea survival.
